Brad Stoefen will share HNI Corporation’s experience developing and implementing a technical skills assessment. Where organizations primarily focus on universal skillsets, it is also critical to measure functionally specific skills to offer data driven, business-directed development.
Brad will share how HNI utilized a third-party skills assessment with the Finance, Accounting, and IT functions and the process of working with leadership to identify the competencies needed and set proficiency criteria to understand and close critical skill gaps.
