Why Mentorship Matters - The Lead(h)er Story
In December of 2015, Melissa Pepper was on the tail end of a life-changing career pivot. Reflecting on how it all happened, she found that great mentors were at the center of her story. With gratitude and grit, she founded Lead(h)er, the mentorship organization that has matched over 500 women with mentors in five years. In this presentation, Melissa will share her founder story and the ways in which mentorship is essential for success for women in the workplace.
