    Fall Conference

Ready to take your career to the next level? Join us for an interactive and highly engaging workshop where you’ll discover the CliftonStrengths Assessment and how to leverage it to unlock your full potential. In this dynamic learning experience, you’ll dive into the science of strengths-based development, gain actionable insights into your unique talents and abilities, and learn how to leverage your strengths to ignite your professional growth.

To cap the afternoon, we’ll be hosting a live webcast with Charlotte Blair, who recently published Career Unstuck: How to Play to Your Strengths to Find Freedom and Purpose in Your Work Again. Charlotte will share insights from her book and will provide guidance on how to shift from surviving to thriving in your career.

Don’t miss this opportunity to tap into your innate strengths, connect and share with fellow attendees, and gain insights about this highly customized assessment.

Charlotte Blair is known as the coach’s coach and is one of the longest-established and most experienced Gallup Accredited Strengths coaches in Australia. In addition, she holds a Professional Coaching Certification with the International Coaching Federation and an Advanced Diploma in Facilitation. Charlotte works with individuals and teams across the world to discover and use their strengths to meet their goals.

She brings a wealth of experience and insights gained from a career spanning the realms of sales, coaching, and learning and development. With a robust background in multinational corporations such as Canon and Verizon, Charlotte’s journey took a transformative turn after participating in a workshop focusing on the principles of Stephen Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”.

Driven by a newfound sense of purpose, Charlotte transitioned from IT sales to the world of coaching and consulting. In 2014, Charlotte founded The Strengths Partners, a venture dedicated to empowering individuals, teams and organizations to harness their strengths for both professional and personal fulfillment. Her relocation from England to Australia in 2010 reflects her adventurous spirit, which is complemented by her roles as a (now) proud Dyslexic, mother of two amazing adult boys, and spouse to her husband whom she met at work at the age of 21.

Dr. Jon Sexton is the Founder of Sexton Leadership LLC. His work focuses on facilitating engagement initiatives, designing and facilitating leadership development workshops, and providing individualized executive coaching. In addition to his work with Sexton Leadership, Jon serves as the SVP of Culture & Leadership Development at Vibrant Credit Union and as Past President for the Association of Talent Development, Mississippi Valley Chapter.

Dr. Sexton has logged over 750 coaching hours with an approach rooted in positive psychology & appreciative inquiry. He regularly facilitates speaking engagements on the topics of creating inclusive workplaces, employee engagement, leadership development, team development, and workplace wellbeing. He has worked with clients across the U.S. including the Cancer Support Community, Florida Gulf Coast University, Iowa Credit Union League, Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce, Bettendorf & Pleasant Valley School Districts, Women Lead Change, and the U.S. House of Representatives - 17th Congressional District of Illinois.

Jon earned his Ph.D. in Educational Policy & Leadership Studies and an MA in Postsecondary Student Development at the University of Iowa. He earned his BA in psychology from Central College. In addition, he holds a Professional Coaching Certification with the International Coaching Federation and is certified in both CliftonStrengths and Hogan Assessment Systems.
