Unlocking Potential: The Power of Self-Awareness and Coaching for Personal and Professional Growth

Join Gretchen Nollman as she explores how understanding oneself deeply can be the key to unlocking personal and professional success. By fostering self-awareness, individuals gain insight into their strengths, weaknesses, and motivations, which serve as a foundation for meaningful change. Coaching complements this by offering guidance, support, and tools to help individuals set goals, overcome obstacles, and tap into their full potential. Together, self-awareness and coaching empower growth, resilience, and a more purpose-driven life.

Gretchen brings a unique, global perspective to agriculture and non-profit work, shaped by two decades of experience in the field and extensive travel across Central and South America, Asia, Europe, and Africa. After building a successful career in Illinois and later Iowa—where she ran her own agronomy business and managed grain and feed operations—Gretchen transitioned to non-profit work in June 2023. She now serves as the Food Sourcing Manager at River Bend Food Bank, focusing on procuring food and managing donations from retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers to combat hunger in her community.

A passionate leader, Gretchen has been an active Rotary member in District 6000 for over eight years, holding various leadership roles that support club development and community outreach. With degrees in Chemistry, Spanish, Organizational Leadership, and an MBA in Logistics, she combines her skills and experiences to make a meaningful impact. While she's left the agriculture industry professionally, she and her family still manage a small farm in Atalissa, IA, where they raise cattle for local markets.

Come for the Presentation and Stay to Socialize

Join us at 1 Hundred West to help us close out 2024.
We will have complimentary appetizers and drinks available.

This will be a great opportunity to connect with fellow chapter members prior to a brief winter reprieve as we prepare to kick off our 2025 programming.

We look forward to seeing you all there!
