The Magic of Mentorship, Lead(h)er QC An Interactive Lunch and Learn
According to Lead(h)er Quad Cities, their mentorship opportunities are voluntary developmental relationships where experiences are shared between a woman of greater experience, with a woman of lesser experience, characterized by mutual trust, respect, honesty, and commitment that creates understanding for the mentee in a safe environment. Please join us as we explore the benefits of mentorship.
About the Speaker
MEGAN BROWN-SALDANA PRONOUNS: SHE/HER/HERS
Megan joined the Lead(h)er team in January 2020. Her background is in higher education where she focused on career and college readiness for at-risk populations. Megan attributes her success to having strong mentors, “I am where I am today because of many mentors in my life. Most of the time, I didn’t like it and I didn’t know they were pushing me to be a better version of myself. Looking back, mentorship has made all of the difference.” Megan loves to talk.
