The Magic of Mentorship, Lead(h)er QC
An Interactive Lunch and Learn
According to Lead(h)er Quad Cities, their mentorship opportunities are voluntary developmental relationships where experiences are shared between a woman of greater experience, with a woman of lesser experience, characterized by mutual trust, respect, honesty, and commitment that creates understanding for the mentee in a safe environment. Please join us as we explore the benefits of mentorship.
About the Speaker
Megan joined the Lead(h)er team in January 2020. Her background is in higher education where she focused on career and college readiness for at-risk populations. Megan attributes her success to having strong mentors, “I am where I am today because of many mentors in my life. Most of the time, I didn’t like it and I didn’t know they were pushing me to be a better version of myself. Looking back, mentorship has made all of the difference.”
Megan loves to talk. Reach out to her at firstname.lastname@example.org
