Adults bring their own knowledge and experience to the table. An effective trainer will help participants learn from each other through guided discussion and other methods. Adults grasp much more when they are engaged than when listening to a lecture. Join us as we learn how to facilitate a training that fosters open dialogue in groups by using creativity and flexibility.  We will discuss the importance of helping the participants see the relevancy of their training and finally, examine the various ways in which we are evaluated so that we can clearly understand the message we are sending to our people.

Build your credibility as a trainer by taking a deeper dive into the ADDIE Model so you can conduct a needs assessment, develop curriculum, and measure improvement.  We will also provide valuable tips on utilizing subject matter experts to enhance your training and development initiatives.

Featuring presentations by MVCASTD Board Members:

Stephanie Hurley – Dale Carnegie Certified Trainer

Brad Stoefen -  HNI Corp Talent Development Manager

Molly Mekus – Per Mar Training & Development Manager
