Jan Dietz, Customer Experience Manager at Stefanini, explains how to build great performance-based training and develop your reputation as a training expert using 10 easy questions.

Asking good questions is an important part of training delivery as we ensure our participants learn what is intended.  The process of asking good questions doesn’t start there.  It actually starts during the very first conversation when our managers or clients approach us about the possibility of developing and delivering training.  Part of the best business practice for training development at Stefanini includes documentation of a discussion based on “10 Questions to Ask Your Stakeholders”.  This conversation empowers trainers and managers to have constructive conversations as they decide if training is the appropriate approach and determine the performance expectations.
