Presenter Bio:
Dan Kern was born and raised in Madison, WI. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in journalism. He was commissioned in 1993 as an aviation officer in the United States Army and retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel after 22 years of service. He holds a master of science in history from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and an MBA from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA. Dan served in numerous positions throughout his military career culminating as an aviation support battalion commander and ultimately the chief of aviation training with 1st U.S. Army. Post military service Dan held positions of leadership, management, and training with ARCONIC and Cobham Mission Systems.
He currently serves as the Vice President of Organizational Development with Vibrant Credit Union and is completing his doctor of business administration with St. Ambrose University focusing in the fields of HR and Organizational Behavior.
