Please join us for an interactive workshop where we will share and discuss the questions we ask to ensure we develop participant centered and performance based training.

Presenter Bio:

Jan Dietz, Training Manager for North America and Asia-Pacific, started with Stefanini in 2002 and served in a variety of leadership roles leading to the last seven years as the manager overseeing Training and Knowledge with a keen eye on Customer Experience. For over 20 years in the call center industry Jan has delivered with a passion and energy for making others smarter and more productive through training and knowledge management.
