Scott Hulderson is a formally trained Engineer/Manager. Working as an engineer/manager/supervisor, he’s been employed by companies like John Deere, Caterpillar, CNH, HNI, and BorgWarner.
In that span of time, his project net savings have been in excess of $18 Million. Despite that, he is equally fulfilled in the facilitation role of Lean Culture, and workforce development, with individuals with white and blue collars. Scott has facilitated over 70 different workshops, and executed over 95 Kaizen events while balancing multiple RCI projects and programs.
