As HR - OD - Training and Talent Management teams undergo the transformation to strategic partners we might experience a few obstacles. Many of us are finding out that what got us here in the beginning may not get us there in the future. The emphasis on communication and influence is more critical than ever before. Since we are all "selling" our projects, our ideas and our needs, it's important that we are able to use proven selling and negotiation techniques that win internal support while enhancing relationships and establishing our value. In this workshop we will review the business trends leading to the strategic nature of partnerships and reveal tools to help us with the evolution.
