Diversity and Inclusion... Starts on Day 1
Join us on June 23rd as we welcome James Harrison, SHRM-CP, Human Resources Manager at Arconic - Tennessee Operations.
This discussion will focus on how Arconic emphasizes and shares how Diversity, the variety of differences and similarities between people, and Inclusion, creating an environment where all of our people feel - and are - valued; are key foundational components to Arconic's success. The facilitator will also highlight how the support of the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) is driven from the C- Suite which is another strong enabler that allows an employee to bring their whole-self to work
