ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Charlotte Blair is known as the coach’s coach and is one of the longest-established and most experienced Gallup Accredited Strengths coaches in Australia. Charlotte works with individuals and teams across the world to discover and use their strengths to meet their goals.
She brings a wealth of experience and insights gained from a career spanning the realms of sales, coaching, and learning and development. With a robust background in multinational corporations such as Canon and Verizon, Charlotte’s journey took a transformative turn after participating in a workshop focusing on the principles of Stephen Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”.
Driven by a newfound sense of purpose, Charlotte transitioned from IT sales to the world of coaching and consulting. In 2014, Charlotte founded The Strengths Partners, a venture dedicated to empowering individuals, teams and organizations to harness their strengths for both professional and personal fulfillment. Her relocation from England to Australia in 2010 reflects her adventurous spirit, which is complemented by her roles as a (now) proud Dyslexic, mother of two amazing adult boys, and spouse to her husband whom she met at work at the age of 21.
