Presenter Bio
Beth Kundel Vogel serves as the Vice President of Organizational Development at Vibrant Credit Union. Before joining Vibrant, Beth led HR and DEI strategies for John Deere Financial and Deere & Company World Headquarters for 12 years. With more than 20 years of experience in talent management, Beth has led the strategy and execution of programs at various Fortune 500 companies in the areas of performance consulting, learning and development, change management, diversity equity and inclusion, leadership development, and knowledge management.
Beth is a certified professional coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute and graduated with a Masters in Change Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2019. She has served on various nonprofit boards, most recently with the River Music Experience. Her efforts to advocate for inclusion contributed to awards and recognition from Out & Equal and John Deere’s inaugural DEI Award.
